The JAUNTY project is a strategic partnership aiming to develop Joint Undergraduate Courses between HEIs for Smart Energy Management Systems. These courses will run in parallel and complementary to “SDN – microgrid reSilient Electrical eNergy SystEm (SDN-microSENSE)” and “Secure and PrivatE smArt gRids (SPEAR)” projects, funded under the H2020 program.
Partners are aiming towards establishing, testing and implementing novel international, market-oriented joint courses, embedded to existing curricula as elective courses, delivered through an e-learning platform and remote laboratories.
K3Y will participate in the JAUNTY Project Multiplier online Event: “Transnational Workshop on SEMS and Smart Grids”, which will take place on December 1st 2021.
The event is organised by ITHACA: Internet of THings & AppliCAtions Lab, and aims to effectively present the first outcomes of the JAUNTY project.
his transnational event will bring together academics, professionals and stakeholders in the ICT and ECE fields to present the current findings and progress of synthesising and analysing the best practices on SEMS training.
During the coming workshop, technical prerequisites, cyberattacks & countermeasures in SEMS will be highlighted, as will challenges & trends in Smart Grids.
K3Y will chair the 3rd Session of the event, during which interesting presentations regarding skills and trends for Smart Energy Management Systems will take place.
